In today’s world, many of us spend long hours in front of computers or carry heavy loads, which leads to common tension in these areas. This movement effectively reduces that tension, contributing to an overall sense of relaxation.
The goal is to clear pathways in the neck, which is believed to be the source of our inner wisdom. A clear pathway enhances intuition and fosters a deeper connection with our inner selves.
This movement strongly impacts the central nervous system and improves blood circulation and energy (Qi) flow to the head. It also stimulates kidney function and can effectively alleviate high blood pressure.
The twisting nature of this movement benefits the entire body by gently squeezing and massaging the internal organs, thereby helping to build resilience against illness and injury. Additionally, it loosens tension in the eyes, neck, back, and hips, counteracting the effects of prolonged sitting or standing.
