Qigong is not about aiming for perfection with the movements but rather doing it to the best of your ability with your current capabilities.
Naturally, the movements will improve with practice, but the goal is not for the perfection of the movements.
Doing Qigong with the right intent, enthusiastically, and most importantly, consciously (mindfully) is what really counts. That’s when the true benefits of practicing Qigong start pouring in.
There is no such thing as doing Qigong wrong. The beauty of Qigong is that you simply start from where you are, and you will grow from there.
