Kerry Hazledon... Bunbury WA (11th April '21)

Having been through emence trauma, I was in a place of trying anything to help me heal.

I stumbled across Qigong while looking for a local Tai Chi class.

After a lengthy discussion with Stan, I decided to have a go without any expectation as to how it would help.

All I can say is “life changing”.

Since starting qigong I have found my whole soul in a place of peace.

I have slept since day 1 which was quite elusive until then.

I have found mental peace as well which was also elusive.

The practice has become a regular in my healing process and I have Stan and his patience and explanations to thank for that.

Qigong is definitely a huge aid in getting a whole balance of body, mind and soul. Thank you Stan

Regards Kerry Hazledon

“I first attended Stan’s Tuesday morning Bridgetown class in September 2021 and immediately knew it was my thing!
It has helped me physically so I can now use joints that have been previously injured and qigong has been an immense help to my mental health, and my journey to re-discovering who I truly am as a person.
I now regularly attend the Thursday evening Bridgetown class and it shows in my body and mind if I have to miss a class or two.
Thanks Stan for helping me regain “me.”

I had a tough year last year, and knew I needed to find an activity that helped me focus, relax and improve my general health. I stumbled across Stan’s qigong classes on Facebook the night before a new course and was instantly keen. I headed along the next day, not really sure what to expect.
In the five months since, I’ve become hooked. The movements are easy to master, and the benefits started to show quickly. I am healthier and happier, and look forward to each week’s class.
Stan is a great teacher and qigong has become part of my daily life.

Since beginning my Qigong classes some 3 months ago I have noticed some very good changes physically and mentally.
I damaged my neck and spine in two separate incidents working and have suffered for years. Since doing daily Qigong sessions as learnt from Stan, I have very little pain and a lot more easier movement in both areas.
I have found myself being more calm and clear in thought. My body feels more supple and after many years of contact sport getting up and down is now less effort.
I have been looking for something like this for a long time and am very grateful to Stan Sieradzki for introducing me to Qigong.
I would highly recommend Qigong to anyone of any age. Try Stan’s sessions you will enjoy the long term benefits, of that I am sure.

I moved to Bridgetown 7 years ago, after completing final surgery on both knees.
I knew I needed to participate in some extra therapy and exercise and relaxation.
Qigong with Stan gave me the answer… I now have full movement and confidence in my mid-eighties.

Patricia Strahan... Bridgetown WA

I first attended Stan’s ‘Qigong is a Way of Being’ weekly class in September 2015 at a time when I felt out of balance in body, mind and spirit and at 70 + years of age a little lost in the world. The health and well being benefits I have gained since then by regular practice have exceeded my expectations.
One example, swelling and stiffness that I had in my left leg and ankle for over twenty years and controlled with a compression stocking began to go down after just three weeks and has not been a problem since. Hard to believe I know but true.
Thanks to Stan’s encouragement, patience and considerate teaching method and the other lovely caring people in the group I am now back in balance and starting to feel fine tuned. It just keeps getting better the longer I do it.
Give it a go. I’m happy I did.

Qigong provided a turning point for me. I have practiced many different mind/body disciplines since the 1970’s but Qigong is the one that has given me most benefits; physically, mentally and emotionally.
With Stan as a teacher, I have been involved with Qigong for a year, but it only took a few weeks to notice positive changes. In no time the mobilization of all my joints improved and I now have a sense of calm and balance in my life that was not previously apparent.

I attended Stan’s introductory course last year which I thoroughly enjoyed & I have since attended his weekly classes.
I have had an Auto-Immune Disease for 6 years, and have been looking at different ways to manage the symptoms it causes, which are many and varied. I have found that practicing Qigong has brought many benefits. It has helped to reduce the aching in my back, muscles & joints, has improved my flexibility & has helped me to reduce stress & feel calmer overall.
I would recommend it to anyone of any age & ability. It is very enjoyable & I commend Stan for his enthusiasm & commitment in bringing it to our community.
Cheers Jill

I have found that Qigong has helped me in Mind, Body and Soul over the past eighteen months.
Qigong is like a moving meditation and it has helped loosen and balance my whole body.
The practice has been uplifting as I have found the sessions to be happy and helping me to focus and to be more present.

Emila Sieradzki... (Sister) Bunbury WA

Qigong was introduced to me by my brother Stan in September last year.
I have found it to be very beneficial with joint mobility, muscle pain, balance and a general sense of well-being.
It slows you down and helps you focus on the more important things in life.
Thank you Stan you’re an inspiration to us all.
My advice to everyone is…’Just do it’

Margaret Evans... (Librarian) Donnybrook WA

I just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy the Qigong classes that I have been attending in Donnybrook with you.  I have found that the classes have helped me in many ways including my balance and sense of well-being.
The group energy and positive feelings this provides me with also enhance the lovely flow and experience of Qigong.
I hope that the classes will continue for a long time into the future.

Ray Murphy... (Naturopath) Bridgetown WA

I have found Qigong to greatly help my flexibility, respiration and balance.
As a health care practitioner I use some of the Qigong exercises that I have learnt to help my clients recover faster from their injuries.

Penny Boobyer... Bridgetown WA

I joined Stan’s Qigong classes about 12 months ago, being a senior with a few ailments it sounded just right for me, I soon found out it was good for all ages.
Whilst the Qigong moves have greatly improved me physically, the calmness that it brought into my life has been an unexpected addition.
Thank you Stan.

Eileen Synan... Pemberton WA

Qigong is the one thing I do each week for me and the benefits I gain from this commitment is a more flexible body and a noticeable decrease in stress.
I was quite tight when I first started the classes with Stan, my shoulder blades ached doing simple things, like hanging washing on the line, but in no time I noticed the difference in all my joints. They stopped creaking, it was easier to get around and I am now able to mop large areas of floor space without any tension
Qigong has become my friend and my daily stretches are done each morning before I step into the day
